Robert Gould

Robert Gould is the founder of Business Plan Drafting and Consulting, where since June 2001, services have included one-on-one business consulting, development of business structures, and legal advice tailored for new start-ups and existing ventures. Additionally, since January 2019, Robert serves as a Traffic Hearing Officer for Broward County Government, adjudicating state traffic violations. From January 1999 to May 2013, Robert was an Adjunct Professor at New York University in the School of Professional Studies, focusing on business plan development and law for media producers. Robert holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center and two Bachelor's degrees in History from Binghamton University.
