Freya Houston

Freya Houston is an experienced professional currently serving as Reception Assistant Manager and previously as Reception Supervisor at Port Lympne Hotel and Reserve & Howletts Wild Animal Park since July 2023. Prior roles include Reception Manager and Reception Supervisor at Hellidon Lakes Hotel from July 2021 to June 2022, as well as a Sales Assistant at IKEA from February 2020 to April 2021, where Freya took on the role of sustainability leader for the department. Early career experience includes working as a Housekeeper at Hothorpe Venues and as an Activities Assistant at Glastonbury Festival Events Limited, where Freya engaged in arts and crafts activities and raised funds for Greenpeace. Freya holds a foundation degree in Environmental Science from Sheffield Hallam University, completed between 2019 and 2022, and is a graduate of Guilsborough Academy.
