Ann Elizabeth Francis

Ann Elizabeth Francis is a Strategic Infrastructure Contributions Planner at Port Macquarie Hastings Council, where responsibilities include coordinating the workflow of Infrastructure Contributions and managing numerous Voluntary Planning Agreements. Previously, Ann served as the Strategic Team Lead at SCMS Architecture, where strategic land use plans were developed for migrant labor accommodation in collaboration with local government. As a Post Graduate Teaching Associate at CEPT University, Ann guided students in data collection and analysis in urban planning. Experience includes strategic land use planning for the Special Economic Zone at JNPT and roles in academia as both Assistant Professor and Thesis Coordinator at IES College of Architecture. Ann holds a Master of Urban Planning from CEPT University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Anna University Chennai.
