Frank Scerra

Frank Scerra possesses extensive experience in operations and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Yard Superintendent at Port Newark Container Terminal since March 2015, Frank oversees yard operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and timeliness of labor. Previously, Frank worked as an Agent at New York Life Insurance Company from December 2012 to March 2015. Frank's career also includes a significant tenure at Standard & Poor's from 1998 to 2012, where roles included Statistician, Associate, Senior Research Assistant/Ratings Analyst, and Sales Correspondent, demonstrating expertise in credit analysis, data management, and client relations. Frank holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Wagner College, earned between 2001 and 2005.
