Emily Sawyer

Emily Sawyer has a diverse professional background primarily in fitness and administrative roles. Currently serving as an Office Coordinator at the Port of London Authority since December 2021, Emily also holds titles as an Administrative Assistant and Navigation Systems Administrator within the organization. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist at Virginactive By 200 Aldersgate from January 2012 to October 2019, specializing in various therapeutic techniques and injury rehabilitation. Additionally, Emily worked as a Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer at Virgin Active from May 2011 to October 2019, focusing on program design and nutritional advice. Emily holds a 2nd Degree Honours degree in Exercise, Health & Fitness from the University of Limerick and furthered education with a diploma in Sports Massage from the London School of Sports Massage.
