Jill Taylor

Jill Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in emergency management and homeland security. Taylor served as a Homeland Security Manager at the Port of Los Angeles from February 2008 until retirement. Additionally, Taylor contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Lamar University from August 2019 to December 2021. Prior to these roles, Taylor held various positions within the City of Los Angeles, including Management Analyst in the Emergency Management Department and several roles within the Bureau of Street Services and the Department of General Services from 1986 to 2008. Jill Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Homeland Security from Penn State University.
