Luana España, MPP, has a diverse background in community affairs, program management, and public policy. As a Community Affairs Representative at the Port of Oakland, Luana focused on community outreach and communication. Previous roles include serving as a Fund Development & Community Relations Associate at Alameda Point Collaborative, where Luana coordinated volunteer efforts, and as a Public Affairs Consultant at the East Bay Regional Park District, emphasizing research and data analysis. Luana also held a position as a Leadership Development Program Manager at AT&T, leading cross-functional teams and mentoring. Luana earned a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and participated in the Fulbright U.S. Student Program as a researcher in international policy.
