Vincent Logan, PLS, CFedS has a diverse work experience in the field of surveying and geomatics. Vincent worked as a Project Surveyor III at the Port of Portland from April 2006 to November 2019, where they later served as the Engineering Survey Manager. Prior to that, they worked as a Survey Analyst (Project Surveyor) at David Evans and Associates, Inc. from April 2004 to April 2006. Vincent started their career at the City and County of San Francisco as a Survey Associate (Survey Party Chief) in July 1999 and worked there until April 2004. Since January 2017, Vincent has also been an Adjunct Surveying & Geomatics Instructor at Clark College.

In 1988, Vincent Logan began their education at Technological University Dublin, where they pursued a B Tech (Ord) degree in Construction Technology. The duration of this program lasted until 1991.

After a significant gap, in 1994, Vincent attended California State University, Fresno, where they pursued online education in the field of Geomatics. This program lasted until 1995.

In 2018, Vincent furthered their education at the Oregon Institute of Technology, specializing in Geomatics through an online education program. This program lasted until 2019.

Currently, Vincent is pursuing their studies at Oregon State University, with a projected completion date in 2025. Here, they are pursuing a major in French and a minor in Ethnic Studies.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Vincent Logan has obtained several certifications in the field of land surveying. These include being a Certified Federal Surveyor, which they obtained in February 2016 from the U.S. Department of the Interior. Vincent is also a certified Professional Land Surveyor in various states, including Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Colorado, and California.

In May 2017, they obtained the certification of Oregon Certified Water Rights Examiner from the Oregon State Board of Examiners for Engineering & Land Surveying.
