Cecile de Pierre is a seasoned Program Manager and Development Lead at the Port of Rotterdam since October 2021, previously serving as a Managing Consultant at Capgemini for over two decades, focusing on road traffic management. Notable projects include managing the ICT department at the Port of Rotterdam and leading the replacement of critical communication networks and the rollout of CCTV systems. Cecile has also held various project management roles across organizations such as ProRail, where management of ERTMS implementation research was key, and Rijkswaterstaat, overseeing the transfer of functional maintenance and leading intelligent traffic systems projects.
