Daniel Kruijmel

Daniel Kruijmel has over 20 years of experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as a VTS Operator at the Port of Rotterdam since January 2013. Prior roles include Salvage Officer at Mammoet Salvage and Chief Officer at TOS - Energy & Maritime Crew. Daniel has also worked as a Heavy Lift Surveyor/Consultant at Horjus Marine Consultancy b.v. and held positions with P&O Ferries and Jumbo Shipping as Second Officer and Vessel Coordinator, respectively. Daniel began a maritime career as Chief Officer at Hanno Shipping. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime from Scheepvaart & Transport College earned between 2001 and 2002.
