Jennifer Bouman

Jennifer Bouman possesses extensive experience in human resources, having worked in various roles since 2000. Currently serving as an HR-assistant at the Port of Rotterdam since September 2020, Jennifer previously held the position of HR-medewerker at both the Immigratie- en Naturalisatiedienst and the Port of Rotterdam. Additional experience includes significant roles at Eneco Groep, COSCO SHIPPING Lines, FPC De Kijvelanden, Ziggo, Stadion Feijenoord, and ABN AMRO Bank N.V., demonstrating a strong background in advising and supporting employees and managers on HR policies, employment contracts, and personnel regulations. Jennifer holds a Baccalaureus degree in Personnel Administration from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
