Jeroen van Meel

Jeroen Van Meel is an experienced program and project manager with a focus on port development and plastic recycling at the Port of Rotterdam since 2010. With a strong background in stakeholder management, strategic planning, and innovative technology deployment, Jeroen has led various initiatives, including the establishment of a circular hub in Botlek Rotterdam and the development of the Port Camera Network. Previous roles include managing public infrastructure projects, overseeing container terminal redevelopment, and leading multi-disciplinary teams. Jeroen holds a PhD in System Science from Delft University of Technology and has acquired several professional certificates related to real estate law, project management, and health and safety throughout a diverse career spanning multiple key positions in the maritime and logistics sectors.
