Monica Swanson

Monica Swanson is an experienced professional in international business development, currently focused on international green hydrogen and Power-to-X development at the Port of Rotterdam since April 2018. Prior to this role, Monica served as an International Account Manager at Ricoh Netherlands, overseeing major and strategic accounts in complex international environments. Monica held the position of Managing Partner at Swanson & De Vrueh B.V., enhancing company operations and advising on higher-level programs. Additional experience includes managerial roles in marketing and sales at Emeritor, as well as various positions at KPN, where Monica was instrumental in launching innovative services and managing key accounts. Career beginnings were at Pink Elephant, progressing from a Customer Service Representative to a Consultant through comprehensive training. Monica holds an M.A. in English Renaissance Literature from the University of Liverpool and a degree in English Language and Literature from Leiden University.
