Theo Broeken

Theo Broeken is a seasoned professional in civil engineering, specializing in water infrastructure projects. With extensive experience at the Port of Rotterdam since January 2014, serving as both Port Engineer and Project Engineer, Theo has contributed to significant developments in wet infrastructure. Prior experience includes advising on hydraulic structures at Ingenieursbureau Gemeente Rotterdam from October 1988 to December 2013, after initially working as a constructor at Ingenieursbureau Gemeentewerken Rotterdam.
