Wilco van der Lans

Wilco Van Der Lans is an experienced business development manager currently focused on the industry and energy sectors at the Port of Rotterdam since September 2014. Previously, Van Der Lans held roles including senior consultant for Sustainable Ports and Industrial Installations at Royal HaskoningDHV and project manager at the Port of Rotterdam Authority. Prior experience includes serving as director of the advisory group for Environmental Technology at Royal Haskoning and consulting on emission trading, environmental impact assessments, and air quality. Van Der Lans has also contributed to reducing non-CO2 greenhouse gases in the chemical and oil & gas industries during tenure at SenterNovem. Van Der Lans began a consulting career in waste management at Royal Haskoning and holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
