Mohamed AL Mashani has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Mohamed started their career in 1999 as a Senior Safety Advisor at Petroleum Development Oman, where they focused on incident investigations, safety meetings, and enhancing safety awareness. Later, they held various roles at the company, including Head of Cargo Haulage and HSE Advisor.

In 2007, Mohamed joined Aromatics Oman LLC as an HSSE Manager. Mohamed was responsible for ensuring safety, health, and environmental standards compliance within the organization.

In 2015, they joined Port of Salalah, where they served as the GM of Corporate Affairs until April 2021. Eventually, they became the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer, overseeing corporate affairs strategies and initiatives.

Additionally, Mohamed has served as a Board Member at Oman Post from February 2022 to May 2023, contributing to the company's decision-making processes.

Throughout their career, Mohamed has developed expertise in various areas, including HSSE management, HSE documentation, environmental impact assessments, and HSE standards and communication coordination.

Mohamed AL Mashani has a diverse education history. In 1992, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Management from Oklahoma State University. Mohamed then went on to earn a Bsc degree in Safety Management from the University of Central Missouri in 1997. In 1998, they pursued further education at Heriot-Watt University, where they obtained an Msc degree in Facility Management. In 2013, they attended Esade for a CPMD in Business Administration and Management. Finally, in 2016, they completed the National CEO Program, a high executive leadership program, at IMD.
