Billy Marsh

Billy Marsh currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at the Port of San Diego, a position held since November 2018. In addition to the CISO role, Billy has experience as a Security Analyst specializing in red team operations and threat hunting, along with an acting CISO title. Prior to this, Billy worked as a Security Engineer at Phobos Corporation from September 2016 to March 2018, and at BD from April 2006 to September 2016, where responsibilities included leading the Device Security Team, project development, and incident response.
