Lily Tsukayama

Lily Tsukayama is an accomplished urban planner with extensive experience in environmental policy and project management, currently serving as a Senior Planner at the Port of San Diego since February 2017. Throughout Lily's career, there has been a strong focus on marine resource management and conservation, exemplified by leadership roles in the San Diego Ocean Planning Partnership and contributions to the Port Master Plan Update. Lily's prior roles include positions as an intern at the Environmental Defense Fund, where economic analysis for New England fisheries was conducted, and as a GIS Mapping Specialist at Conservation International, prioritizing conservation efforts in Hawaii. Educational credentials include a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of California, Los Angeles.
