Darrin May has extensive experience in airport operations and security, currently serving as the Senior Operations Controller at the Port of Seattle since July 1993. In this role, Darrin is involved in various aspects of airport operations, security, training, and safety, working within the Airport Communications Center at the C4 facility. Previously, Darrin held the position of Airport Operations Specialist, overseeing daily responsibilities for FAR Part 139 operations, and worked as a Senior Access Controller focused on aviation security access and patrol functions. Additionally, Darrin has been a member of the International Longshore & Warehouse Union Local 9 since July 1993 and worked as a Trainman at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad from December 1992 to July 1993.
