Harold Federow

Harold Federow is an experienced legal and contract management professional with a robust background in information technology and communications. Since 2007, Harold has served as the Contract & Vendor Manager for the ICT Department at the Port of Seattle, where responsibilities include negotiating all IT and communications contracts and acting as division counsel. Prior to this role, Harold worked as General Counsel at Talyst Inc. from 2005 to May 2007, focusing on key contract negotiations and intellectual property management. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at BSQUARE Corporation from 1998 to July 2004. Harold holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Philosophy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Washington, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
