Jessica Brown

Jessica Brown, PMP, MSCE, is a seasoned environmental program manager with a robust background in sustainability and environmental management. Currently, as the Senior Environmental Program Manager at the Port of Seattle since September 2018, Jessica leads the Sustainable Evaluation Framework program, focusing on integrating sustainability and equity across the Port's maritime and economic development divisions. Prior roles at the Port include Sustainability Environmental Program Manager and Environmental Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed policy development, cross-discipline collaboration, and long-term sustainable strategies. Previous experience includes serving as Land Use Permit Administrator at Sound Transit, where complex permitting strategies were developed, and as Associate Geologist at SoundEarth Strategies, where Jessica managed hydrogeological projects. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Sustainable Transportation from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Hydrogeology from Western Washington University.
