Patrick Haley, CFM, C.M., ACE, currently serves as the Air Cargo Facilities Manager at the Port of Seattle, where responsibilities include operational oversight of airport air cargo facilities and ensuring their functionality and safety. As Chair of the Air Cargo Committee for Airports Council International - North America, Patrick focuses on advancing air cargo economics and practices for airport operators. A retired First Sergeant from the U.S. Air Force Reserve, Patrick has extensive military experience in leadership and personnel development, coupled with significant roles in air transportation management at FedEx Logistics, Panalpina, Delta Air Lines, and Northwest Airlines. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Facilities Management from the University of Washington and two Associate's degrees in Aviation Operations and Human Resources Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
