Paul Stolarczuk

Paul Stolarczuk is an experienced Information & Communication Technology Quality Assurance Manager at the Port of Seattle since November 2019, overseeing the functionality of IT and Communications systems, including both third-party and in-house developed software. Prior to this role, Paul spent over two decades at Microsoft, holding various positions such as Software Engineer / Team Lead for Microsoft Retail Stores and Software Test Manager for Windows Media Center, where responsibilities included managing teams and ensuring the quality of multiple software products. Paul's career began in the US Navy as a Naval Officer specializing in nuclear power, followed by academic achievements, including a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
