Wendy Reiter has a comprehensive work experience in the aviation industry. Wendy began their career in 1989 at Southwest Airlines, where they held various roles including Customer Service/Operations Supervisor and Customer Service Manager. In 1994, they became a Station Manager and successfully opened the Seattle station, also serving as President of the Airport Manager's Association. Wendy then joined Northwest Airlines in 1997 as the Director of Customer Service, overseeing the Seattle station's daily operations and managing a team of managers and union employees. In 2001, they joined the Port of Seattle as a Sr. Manager, Airport Terminal Operations and later transitioned to the role of Director, Security and Emergency Preparedness, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of employees and the public at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Additionally, Wendy briefly served as the Interim Labor Relations Director at the Port of Seattle in 2013.
