Dave McLoughlin

Dave McLoughlin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and project delivery management. Currently serving as the General Manager of Operations, Project Delivery, and Safety at Port of Townsville Limited since October 2022, McLoughlin previously held the position of General Manager Engineering and Asset Infrastructure Planning at Townsville City Council from June 2021 to October 2022. Before that, significant tenure at Transurban from 2005 to January 2021 included leading operations for a $14 billion network of roads and tunnels in Queensland, achieving cost reductions and improved service levels.
