Jessica Rigal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in social work, education, and holistic health. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Aviator College of Aeronautical Science & Technology since May 2022, Jessica teaches Sociology and Psychology. In addition, Jessica has worked as a Social Work/Case Manager at Lawnwood and Port St. Lucie Hospital since January 2013, while also serving as a Teacher Trainee/Facilitator in yoga, breathwork, Vedic meditation, and philosophy. Jessica’s previous roles include medical social work, clinical social work, and advisory board membership in spiritual counseling. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration, Jessica holds multiple degrees and certifications, including a Master of Social Work and credentials in yoga therapy and hypnotherapy.
