Stefanie Loader

Stefanie Loader is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in governance and strategic management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Chairperson at Port Waratah Coal Services and Lead Independent Non-Executive Director at Sunrise Energy Metals, Stefanie also holds positions as Chair and Non-Executive Director at Forestry Corporation of NSW and as a Director at SeL Consultants Pty Ltd. Previously, Stefanie has contributed to St Barbara Limited and EMR Golden Grove as a Non-Executive Director and has been recognized for leadership in the mining sector as Chairman of the NSW Minerals Council and Managing Director at CMOC-Northparkes Mines. Stefanie’s career began at Rio Tinto, where various roles included Project Director and Executive Assisting CEO. Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Geology and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics, complemented by a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
