Pilar Barr

Pilar Barr has been in the business world since 2014, when they began working for College Works Painting. During their time there, they held the roles of Branch Manager, District Manager, General Manager Sales and Production, and Vice President of Sales and Production. In their role as General Manager Sales and Production, they trained and managed over 40 employees with revenues exceeding a million dollars, onboarded all new sales managers and AE, and increased individual booking rates of direct reports and the divisional average by 10%. In 2020, they began working for Port53, where they currently hold the roles of Head Of Business Development and Security Account Executive.

Pilar Barr obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara in 2017. In 2020, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Lean Six Sigma Institute LLC.
