Joe Taylor has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the logistics industry. Joe is currently working as the Chief Executive Officer at Smartways Logistics, where they oversee the rapid growth of the business and ensures the highest level of digital transparency for customers. Prior to that, they served as a Non-Executive Director at Portainer.io, where they contributed to the platform being the most used container management platform globally. From 2018 to 2022, Joe was the CEO of NXP, a B2B distributor in New Zealand, where they successfully oversaw the divestment and carved out the business from the parent company. Joe also played a crucial role as the Chief Transformation Officer at Winc Australia and held leadership positions at Staples, where they were responsible for sales, supply chain, and general management. Joe's career started at Toll Group, where they gained experience in operations management.
