Mariano Long

Mariano Long is currently the Business Development Lead at Portal Space Systems and also serves as a Program Manager at the United States Space Force. In their role at the Space Force, Mariano manages a multi-billion dollar effort and leads a team of 60 individuals for spacecraft payload development. Mariano is also the Co-Founder of e-commerce and marketing company, Hero, which focuses on revolutionizing in-kind giving for nonprofits. With previous experience as a Mission Commander in the United States Air Force, Mariano commanded a team for global surveillance operations. Their education includes attending the United States Air Force Academy and Naperville North High School.
