Monica Mila

Monica Mila is an experienced sales professional with a significant background in the travel and tourism industry. Currently serving as Responsable de Ventas Mercado España for PortAventura World since September 2022, Monica previously held leadership roles at Vueling, including Team Leader Sales Spain and Key Account Manager. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Aon Risk Solutions and Sales Executive roles at Correduria Taeds, Austrian Airlines, and Alitalia. Monica earned a Master’s degree in Comunicación Empresarial with a specialization in Tecnologías Digitales from IDEC - UPF in 2009 and has foundational education from CETA and Sagrada Familia.
