Lara Connolly

Lara Connolly currently serves as the Director of Commercial Services at Porter Airlines Inc., a position held since April 2012, where responsibilities include leading the Commercial Services team and overseeing supply chain management and contract negotiations across various categories, such as fuel, IT systems, and ground handling. Additionally, Lara serves as Chair of Women Soar at Porter, an initiative aimed at promoting the presence of women in aviation and leadership roles. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Porter Airlines and Scotiabank, where Lara began as a Receptionist and advanced to a Customer Service Representative. Lara holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Art History from Queen's University, obtained in 2010.
