Samuel Carter is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in pilot training and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Assistant Chief Pilot at Porter Airlines Inc. since August 2016, Samuel oversees all pilot training matters, ensuring adherence to Transport Canada and FAA regulations while managing training staff and curricula development.
