Allison Barsotti Bateman

Allison Barsotti Bateman, PHR, currently serves as the HR Director and Firm Administrator at Porter Scott since July 2025, managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and salary administration, along with payroll and benefits management.
