Kim Sangwook

Kim Sangwook is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in structured finance, financial modeling, and valuations across various sectors including transport, real estate, and technology. Currently serving as Structured Finance Manager at Porterbrook since June 2025, Kim previously held roles as a Financial Modeller at London Gatwick and SNG (formerly Sovereign Housing Association), enhancing financial frameworks in the transport and real estate industries, respectively. Prior experience includes positions at FE International, Inc. and Optima Corporate Finance, focusing on valuations and mergers and acquisitions in the tech sector. Kim began the career at EY in 2016 as an Associate in Valuations. Academically, Kim holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Finance and Business from the University of Sussex and two master's degrees from Cass Business School and The London School of Economics and Political Science in Corporate Finance and Banking, respectively.
