Anand Vayda

Anand Vayda has extensive experience in operations and program management, currently serving as Assistant General Manager - Operations Program Management at Portescap since September 2012. In this role, Anand is responsible for leading complex operations transformation programs, facilitating enhancements, managing operational impacts of new product lines, and ensuring sites are customer-ready. Anand's previous positions at Portescap include Assistant General Manager - Design & Development, Sr. Manager - Design & Development, Manager - Program Management & Prototyping, and Program Manager - R&D. Anand also held the position of Program Manager - R&D at Asia MotorWorks Ltd. from January 2011 to August 2012 and at Mahindra & Mahindra, FES from May 2007 to January 2011. Anand holds an HBX CORe in Business Administration and Management from Harvard Business School and a Master’s degree in Operations Management from St. Francis Institute of Management & Research, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vidyavardhini College of Technology.
