Dino Northway

Dino Northway is an experienced professional in the off-premise dining sector, currently serving as the Director of Off-Premise Dining at Portillo's since July 2019, after holding the position of Senior Manager Off-Premise Dining. Prior to Portillo's, Dino worked at Potbelly Sandwich Works for over eleven years, progressing from General Manager to National Director Off-Premise, where responsibilities included managing third-party accounts, negotiating national contracts, and leading catering sales initiatives. Dino's career also includes a significant tenure at Starbucks Coffee Company, where experience encompassed managing high-volume stores, opening new locations, and receiving multiple awards for excellence. Education was completed at Kendall College between 2013 and 2016.
