Kelly Kaiser

Kelly Kaiser currently serves as General Counsel and Secretary at Portillo's since September 2023. Previously, Kelly held the position of General Counsel at Life Fitness from January 2019 to July 2023. Prior experience includes various roles at Brunswick Corporation between January 2004 and January 2019, including Fitness Division Counsel, VP and Division Counsel, and Associate General Counsel focused on litigation and compliance. Initial legal experience was gained at Stoll, Keenon & Ogden and Stites & Harbison, PLLC, specializing in Employment and Immigration Law. Kelly holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Spanish from the University of Kentucky.
