Pranav Mathur

Pranav Mathur currently serves as the Manager of Strategy & Analytics at Portillo's since November 2022, where expertise includes annual strategic planning, board deck creation, and real estate analytics. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant and Analyst at Deloitte, a Contractor in Global Strategic Sourcing at Fiserv, and as a Consulting Summer Analyst at Insight Sourcing Group, focusing on spend analytics. Pranav also worked with Southwest Airlines on the corporate strategy team, conducted internal process improvements at Deloitte Israel, and interned in global strategic sourcing at First Data Corporation. Additionally, Pranav co-founded a non-profit summer business program for high school students, securing sponsorships and managing program finances. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from Millard North High School.
