Celeste Brannon has been working in the field of Human Resources for many years, starting as an HR Assistant and progressing to roles such as HR Generalist/Manager and Human Resources Director. With experience in diverse industries such as manufacturing, arts, and retail, Celeste has managed employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and talent management. Their education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as certifications in Human Resources and Conflict Resolution. Currently, Celeste holds the position of Human Resources Director at the Portland Art Museum, where they are responsible for implementing HR policies and programs in a dynamic arts institution.
