Celeste Brannon

Celeste Brannon is the current Human Resources Director at Portland Art Museum. Celeste has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Prior to their current position, Celeste was an HR Assistant at Willamette View from January 2004 to December 2005. In this role, they led monthly new employee benefit meetings, screened applications, and conducted pre-employment testing for all new hires. Celeste also handled correspondence, FMLA/OFLA notices, and payroll stuffers. From August 2007 to October 2007, Celeste held a temporary HR administrative position with HR Extras/HR Answers. In their current role as Human Resources Director at Portland Art Museum, Celeste is responsible for leading the human resources team and overseeing all HR functions for the organization. This includes recruiting and hiring, benefits administration, employee relations, and policy development. Celeste is a strategic partner to the Executive Director and Board of Directors, and is committed to creating a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Celeste Brannon has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University and a Certificate in Human Resources from Portland State University. Celeste also has a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from Portland State University.
