Their education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, as well as certifications in Human Resources and Conflict Resolution. Currently, Celeste holds the position of Human Resources Director at the Portland Art Museum, where they are responsible for implementing HR policies and programs in a dynamic arts institution.
