Jan Grammer

Jan Grammer is an experienced professional with a diverse background in engineering, project management, and compliance within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Integrated Operations Technical Training at Portland General Electric, Jan oversees the 693 Reliability Standard Compliance Program and collaborates with Requirement Owners to ensure adherence to NERC and WECC Reliability Standards. Previous roles include ownership of Islay Hill Alpaca Ranch and positions at NAES Corporation, PacifiCorp, Symantec, and Pacific Gas & Electric, encompassing responsibilities from project management and technical documentation development to supervision and strategic planning in engineering services. Jan holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
