Marie Oh Huber

Marie Oh Huber is a member of PGE’s Compensation and Human Resources Committee and Nominating

and Corporate Governance Committee.

Huber has over 25 years of experience as a business, legal and public policy leader in global public technology companies in addition to several years in private practice. As the senior vice president of legal affairs, general counsel and corporate secretary of eBay Inc., she oversees the company’s global legal, government relations and public policy department. She has extensive experience in business, digital economy, eCommerce, legal and compliance, government relations and public policy, and operational matters.

Before joining eBay, Huber was senior vice president and general counsel for Agilent Technologies, a solution provider for the life sciences, chemical analysis, diagnostic and clinical markets, and prior to that, served as corporate counsel for Hewlett-Packard.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Yale University and a J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
