Eileen T. Gillespie

Eileen Gillespie is a seasoned visual artist and prominent figure in the art community, currently serving as Chair, Trustee, President, and Chair of the Collections Committee at the Portland Museum of Art since 2013. With a professional background in painting that spans over three decades, Eileen has also been actively creating as a visual artist since 1990. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from the University of Pennsylvania.
