Dr. Lorna Fast Buffalo Horse

Dr. Lorna Fast Buffalo Horse currently serves as the Area Senior Director of Secondary Schools and Programs at Portland Public Schools, where responsibilities include supervising and supporting administrators in the Multiple Pathways to Graduation programs. Previous roles within Portland Public Schools include Director of Multiple Pathways to Graduation and Principal of Alliance High School, where notable achievements included significant increases in graduation rates and student testing performance. Dr. Fast Buffalo Horse has held various educational leadership positions, including Executive Director and Principal of KOREducators, and Principal of the Spanish-English International School. An experienced educator, Dr. Fast Buffalo Horse has also served as an adjunct instructor at Lewis & Clark College and Portland State University and has a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Portland State University.
