Elizabeth Leigh

Elizabeth Leigh is an experienced professional in emergency management and disaster preparedness, currently serving as the Senior Emergency Management Program Manager at Portland Public Schools since October 2024. Previously, Elizabeth worked as the Safety and Disaster Preparedness Manager at Outside In, where the focus was on enhancing safety and resilience among employees.
