Junho Chang

Junho Chang possesses extensive experience in budget management and financial analysis, currently serving as Senior Budget Manager at Portland Public Schools since December 2015, with previous roles including Budget Systems Manager and Senior Budget Analyst/Technical Lead. Prior experience includes a position as Secretary/Treasurer on the Board of Directors at Northwest Family Services from June 2016 to December 2017 and serving as Budget Specialist at Reynolds School District from August 2010 to November 2015. Junho Chang holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Nonprofit Management from the University of Portland, earned between 2016 and 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Oregon State University, completed from 2007 to 2010.
