Lisa Siewert

Lisa Siewert possesses extensive experience in strategy and communications, currently contributing to Open Idea Exchange since May 2018 by supporting client leadership teams in achieving organizational goals through public benefit-driven solutions. Previously, Siewert coordinated the Arts & Culture Leadership Incubator at Tualatin Valley Creates, fostering activism and social justice among Portland area artists and educators from September 2020 to June 2021. From 1996 to 2009, Siewert served as Director of New Programs & Technologies at SOMArts Cultural Arts Center, focusing on capacity development, advocacy, and establishing digital access initiatives for the City of San Francisco Cultural Center. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Critical Theory + Creative Research from Pacific Northwest College of Art, Master of Philosophy coursework in Ethics and Technology from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from the University of Minnesota.
