Shari Morrelli

Shari Morrelli currently serves as the ERP Systems Manager and Senior Manager for HRIS & Support Services at Portland Public Schools, having taken on senior-level oversight and direction for all HRIS systems since July 2014. Under Shari's leadership, a team of seven direct reports is managed while coordinating with senior leadership to enhance and streamline the HR office. Previously, Shari held various HRIS roles at Con-way, Inc, where expert knowledge in PeopleSoft supported over 20,000 employees and facilitated database maintenance, as well as positions at Vestas - American Wind Technology, Credence Systems Corporation, IBM, and Intel, gaining extensive expertise in HRIS functionality and support. Shari obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Oregon State University.
