Justin Brady, CVP has a diverse work experience in the production and event coordination field. Justin is currently serving as the Director of Production at Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter since July 2022. Previously, they held the position of Senior Manager of Production from August 2021 to July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Production Manager at Rose Quarter from July 2013 to August 2021.

Before joining Portland Trail Blazers, Justin worked as a Production Manager at AEG from July 2008 to July 2013. Justin also had a brief stint as a Production Manager at Global Spectrum from March 2008 to July 2008.

Justin's career began at University of Florida, where they worked as a Senior Event Coordinator at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center from December 2003 to March 2008.

Justin Brady, CVP, earned their Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management from the University of Florida from 2000 to 2003. In 2007, they attended the IAVM Venue Management School at Oglebay, and in 2013, they attended the IAVM Venue Management School at Oglebay's Graduate Institute.

In addition to their formal education, Justin has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Justin obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. Additionally, they hold Dante Certification Level 1 and Level 2 from Audinate, obtained in April 2020.
