Justin Molter has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Justin began their career as a Webmaster for the Oregon State University Interfraternal Council in 2009. Later that year, they became a START Leader and College of Liberal Arts Ambassador at the university. In 2010, Justin worked as an Athletics Video Intern, operating cameras at NCAA sporting events and assisting in setup and dismantling. Concurrently, they were also a Media Coordinator for the Student Experience Center Committee.

Justin's experience in broadcasting started in 2010 when they became a Microphone Assembler at Audix Microphones. Justin then moved on to the Portland Trail Blazers @ the Rose Quarter, where they held multiple positions. As a Broadcast Software Manager, they were responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of all equipment in the broadcast facility. In their role as a Studio Operations Specialist, they configured and supported post-production and production aspects, provided technical support for various systems, and oversaw content distribution and quality control procedures. Before that, they had an internship as a Creative Content Coordinator at Trailblazers.tv.

In 2009, Justin also served as the Public Relations Director for KBVR TV, where they organized recruitment events, published press releases, and promoted the station. Overall, Justin Molter has gained valuable experience in various technical roles within the broadcasting and media industry.

Justin Molter attended Oregon State University from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Liberal Studies with a focus on New Media Communication.
